We recently took a big step as a company through a recent restructuring, increasing our independence from our former parent company The Cronos Group. While Jerry will be transitioning into a new position outside of the company, he’ll be bringing the new Project Manager up to speed to stand at the helm of our studio in Wetteren (Belgium). In addition, our Project Manager will be joining ongoing sessions to determine and carry forward the company’s strategy.
The Creative Project Manager at PreviewLabs holds a special position, which is suited for people who have both a strong sense of responsibility, as well as a great understanding of what makes a solid user experience.
We tried to use artificial intelligence to grow ourselves a new project manager but they somehow failed to blend into the team.
On one hand, you have a close relationship with our clients. You will help them to understand the flow and status of their projects. On the other hand, you have a central role in the organization, working with our developers. You make sure every prototyping project stays on rails and keep an overview of the jobs to be done.
Just like all of our colleagues here at PreviewLabs, our Creative Project Manager looks at ideas and projects with an open mind and considers multiple approaches and solutions. This is crucial as you participate in brainstorm sessions and write project proposals and Prototype Design Documents.
Even though our team is spread out across the world with members in Belgium, Connecticut, and Argentina, we pride ourselves in being a tight-knit group. We balance work with play, for example during our weekly gaming sessions on Friday. We value honesty and positivity and adopt an open communication style when communicating both internally as well as with our clients.
